Fishers of men, by the netfuls

Jesus told ordinary fishermen, “Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.” (Matthew 4:19, KJV). Luke records the night they caught nothing — until they obeyed and the net filled so full it broke (Luke 5:4-6).
One picture I've been sitting with from a recent Last Days word: people celebrating one fish at a time with a pole, then larger boats letting out nets and bringing souls in by the netfuls. The point wasn't hype. It was faithfulness with little, then obedience when the Lord says to let the net down — for a harvest bigger than our small methods.
I'm not dating a revival. I'm noting a biblical marker: in the last days we should expect both deception and a real pull of people toward Jesus. Our part is to watch, pray, open our mouth when He prompts, and not despise the small catch while we wait for the larger one.
What we can do
- Stay faithful with the one conversation in front of you.
- Pray for a soul-winning heart — for your street, your job, your church.
- Obey the nudge to speak or invite, even when last night felt empty.
- Give glory to Jesus, not to the method, when anyone comes to Him.
